Rengo Packaging to Build New Corrugated Manufacturing Facility in Hawaii
(Honolulu, HI USA – April 3, 2012) – Rengo Packaging, Inc., the leading supplier of corrugated and packaging materials in Hawaii, announces plans to construct a new corrugated plant on the Island of Oahu.
The new facility will be constructed in the Kapolei industrial area, west of downtown Honolulu. Construction will begin in the third quarter of 2012. The plant is expected to start up by late-2013. The new facility will be equipped with state of the art machinery providing the Hawaii customer base with the highest quality materials and innovative designs to meet their packaging requirements. The plant will employ approximately sixty people. The investment amount for the facility was not disclosed.
